The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

We use weights, do calisthenics, bodyweight exercise and some gymnastics combined with running, rowing, and jump roping. All workouts are different. Workouts usually last 30-45 minutes and consist of 3 different groups.

FOUNDATION

$99 / 4 Sessions

We offer a 4 session private class for beginners. During your private sessions, you will work with your coach to learn the proper movements of CrossFit and build a fitness foundation. By taking the foundation class, you will develop certain skills that will help you progress faster in the group classes. Your workouts will be specifically designed for your current fitness level.

GROUP

$150 / per month

Group classes are designed for an active individual who wants to train in an intense group. Classes are intense, challenging, and move quickly. CrossFit movements will be done every workout as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are needed in our group classes. Please call or email for other pricing options.

ELITE

Invite Only

Elite Group Classes are for CrossFit athletes who are skilled in all of the basic CrossFit movements, and can complete CrossFit workouts at given weights and intensities. This class is very fast-paced and will focus on refining some of the standard CrossFit exercises as well as teach more complex movements like muscle-ups and gymnastics moves.

The cost of CrossFit Mobile is inexpensive compared to personal training at any one of the local corporate gyms. You aren’t paying for a typical gym membership. You are paying for professional coaching, education, and experienced workout programming.
