Foundations is a minimum of four one-on-one personalized sessions with the intent to prepare you for group classes. It is a requirement for all new CrossFitters prior to attending group classes and is recommended for anyone who has done some CrossFit in the past but might need a tune-up on the basics. Sessions are scheduled individually with a trainer when you sign up.

A 1-hour class comprised of a group warm-up followed by training programmed in advance with total body fitness in mind. Emphasis is on building strength and stamina, increasing mobility and flexibility and learning quality movement.
