CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports and life, reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Before I started Crossfit, I never thought I would be so into weightlifting. Now, I absolutely love it. It's built my self esteem and made me so much stronger. The environment, coaches, and other members make it all that much better.

I was looking for a strength training program to compliment my triathlon training, and I decided to give CrossFit Mobile a try after it was recommended by several friends. I started in Feb, 2013 at three times a week, because I didn’t want to take any more time than that away from running, biking, and swimming. I quickly fell in love with the class structure and camaraderie, as well as completing workouts I had never before attempted. Within three months, I had lost 23 pounds, 4 inches off my waist, and gained tons of functional strength. In theory, being lighter and stronger should have made me faster. In reality, I finished on the podium in each of my triathlon races this year… a feat I had never before accomplished. After 8 months, I am now CrossFitting 4 – 5 times a week and am stronger than ever. I am proud of the changes I have seen in my body and the improvements I have seen at the box. I continue to see my pace Improve in my triathlon training, and I am looking forward to competing in my first Crossfit competition. The top notch instruction coupled with the WOD class structure make Crossfit Mobile the perfect combination of functional strength training and cardiovascular conditioning in an environment that is fun and competitive for all classes of athletes. I constantly recommend Crossfit Mobile to anyone looking to get into better shape, stay in better shape, or add a new wrinkle to their current program.
